Everything was very well coordinated and everything went as we planned. The travel was safe and smooth, we didn’t experience any issues. We want to especially thank Mr.Qasim for helping us a lot. They were quick and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend!
Al Raheem is a company built on dishonesty. All the negative reviews that provide details about this company are true. All the positive reviews seem fake and do not provide much details. My family decided to do go with Al Raheem for a trip to Turkey. Many promises were made by the company and they did not fulfill any of the promises. If you book with them, DO NOT ZELLE! And be prepared to be disappointed. Below is a list of the ways Al Raheem scammed my family. -charged us a higher price for the airline ticket -said they would cover our baggage fees and then ended up charging us $500 extra for that - however, they were never able to provide proof they used our money for baggage.-took our money for a hotel deposit and then a week before our trip, Al Raheem claimed they had to cancel the hotel and book us a different one - they offered us cheap hotels - not comparable to our original hotel. -days leading up to our trip, they were not able to book us a hotel so we ended up booking one on our own.-originally in our package, they said that tourist attraction entrance fees would be covered. A day before the trip, Al Raheem said they would not be getting the tourist attraction tickets for us and would only provide us transportation to those places.-we have asked multiple times for them to refund the money they took from us. They keep saying they will provide invoices of how they spent our money yet they have not been able to provide that.
My friend and her family had an extremely disappointing experience with this travel company. They booked an Umrah trip and were assured of specific accommodations and services. However, upon arrival, they discovered that their hotel reservation was nonexistent. This forced them to pay double the expected amount for a room. The company had promised to reimburse them for this unexpected expense, but after the trip, they were met with silence. Repeated attempts to contact the company went unanswered, leaving them feeling ignored and frustrated. The lack of professionalism and accountability was deeply troubling. For anyone planning such a significant journey, it’s crucial to choose a travel agency that is reliable and responsive. Unfortunately, this company failed to meet those basic expectations.
We have completed our Umrah Journey through Alraheem Travel Agency, It was such fantastic tour and Alraheem Travel agency helped us find the right Hotel close to Haram both Madina and Mecca. Ibrahim Bhia is a such a nice and great person who always there for answering questions or any issue. he was there from word to go till last day. Jazakallah Khair Ibrahim Bhia make our umrah Journey Memorable and Great. I would definitly recomend Al Rahim Travel agency for everyone to travel with. Very trustfull and Honest people. Thank you Al Raheem Tarvels!It was an Amazing tour with Al Raheem Travels. I went with my Family of 9 persons they provided us everything that they committed. Hotels were Clocktower in Makkah and Anwar Al Madinah In Madinah. Thank you for your 24/7 support and services it was a great experience and my Family is really happy. Transportation was awesome and really nice drivers. Special Thanks to Brother Huzaifa, He was the persons who took care of my trip. Their Saudi Team and meet and greet was very generous. Really they are very professional and always supported us at every point we faced a 10 minutes delay in getting hotel check in but their Saudi Team arrived in a couple of minutes and resolved the issue. Insha-ALLAH we will book again with this company and nice company to travel with.
Almost ruined me and my father’s umrah experience. Promised 5 star hotel in Medina but instead had us in the worst possible hotel imaginable, there was mold in bathrooms, cobwebs all over the place, each time we left the room with a cough because of how dirty it was. He put us in a room with another person in the group who payed for the room HIMSELF! . The “Tour guide” he gave us barely spoke English and didn’t explain much of what he was driving past. The Umrah tour guide also was struggling to communicate with the group to help guide us through Umrah. Getting us the 5 star hotel in Mecca doesn’t wash away the mess surrounding the trip. I understand we booked last minute but for so much things to go wrong that made no sense us. My cousin booked with them next, the guy who runs this sent my cousin a screenshot of me saying “I like this hotel” from our WhatsApp convo. It was when he asked me about second hotel in Mecca to make it seem like I was fine with everything. Scam Artist -Group was separated in multiple hotels-basically no guide for “tours”- lack of communication -False promises
If i can give a minus star i would do it!! Completely fraud and scam! Booked with them @ibraheem. Nothing as the confirmed hotels. The hotel changed from Dar Al iman to “Saja” which is a long walk to haram, i paid for double room and i found out i am in quadruple room, promised breakfast but there is non.
