They have made very good arrangements for our trip and have been very responsive to our every query and request right from the beginning. Their tour guides are good and quite knowledgeable.
Our hotels were very good in Cairo and Luxor. But the Aswan hotel (Zen Wellness) was not up to the mark and not suitable for senior citizens.
Rest of the trip was amazing..thank you ETP!
Shorouk Karam is an outstanding Tour operator. She is professional and responds promptly to email requests and phone calls. She was excellent in rearranging our tour schedule to accommodate our required tour arrangements. I highly recommend her as she is an asset to her organisation and has outstanding customer focus.
Walid Alasman was our Guide in Aswan and Luxor for 4 days. He took us to Philea Temple and all locations in Luxor including the Valley of the Kings etc. He explained in detail the significance of all monuments we visited and answered all our questions very clearly.He was extremely considerate of accommodating our comfort. We valued his knowledge of Egyptian ancient history and life in general of the Egyptian people. We thank him for guiding us.

I experienced a cruise with my family from Luxor to Aswan from 15/2/2026 to 18/2/2026. Our guide throughout the cruise was Mr. Walid Alsamman. His knowledge on all the sites we visited was so vast that we were able to gain so much knowledge about Egypt. His friendliness and care for all the group members was very appreciated. A guide as experienced and knowledgeable as Mr Walid is what makes a great tour experience. We would definately recommend him as a guide.
