This company is disgusting do not book with them. The leader we had I assume his name is alum? Who took us to Saudi for umrah with other people in the group. His behaviour and attitude wasn’t nice and keep in mind this was during Ramadan which was meant to be a peaceful time, this shows a lot about him especially during this sacred time and isn’t a good reputation for his company. Doesn’t follow values written on his/the website. He confronted one of his customers multiple times during the trip about money, there was no need to do this at public places. He let out his frustration on him as well as others in the group for being slow however there were elderly people in this group so it will be somewhat slow he wasn’t considerate and the service was appalling, no one deserves to be spoken that way, being harassed or being called horrible names to people older than him. I get there will be issues with customers and there are better ways to solve it instead of dragging it throughout the whole trip. He had no respect what so ever throughout this trip and wasn’t welcoming.

It was my first trip to Umrah , I was surely very nervous and anxious about everything, about how to book and what to expect when I reach there. But we had such a wonderful experience with Alsama tours from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. My experience was very good and informative, would recommend and would use this tour again inshallah. Brother Muhib Al Helal was a very good guide. Looked after us like his own family. They went above and beyond, accommodated to the changes in plan and kept everyone safe and took good care of my son that’s has health issues and found that Muhib was able to keep him calm and make it enjoyable for him and his umrah.
Can’t thank Alsama enough. As this was our first umrah there were plenty of nerves about the process, visas, vaccinations, hotel locations etc… however Alsama always put us at ease. All our questions were answered promptly, we had plenty of requests / changes leading up to our trip again Alsama ensured these were met, constantly updating us during the process. They also have an amazing team in Saudi, from the moment we landed to our departure date we had our rep keeping in touch with us, answering any questions we had. Can’t thank these guys enough, will be using again god willing.
Everything was perfect , hotel arrangements, transport and helpful staff. The tours and umrah rituals were throughly explained and informative. Their support for families with young children allowed parents to perform umrah at ease.Their personalised service made every moment enjoyable without any concern or stress.Staff were supportive and always on site ready to help and provide support.
