Booked my flight and paid $91.00 x2 for the ability to pick my own seat. So $182.00 USD extra and received my itinerary through Alternative air with my chosen seats. Day before my flight I check in and my seats were different from what my assigned PAID upgrade was. I called Alternative air they could not honor my PAID seat upgrade and are refusing to refund. They keep saying they are looking into it?

Very unhappy with this service

Very unhappy with this service; after confirming my ticket, the passenger's name was missing, resulting in denied boarding at the airport. I received no refund and lost both the ticket and my money, with unhelpful customer service. I would never use this service again.
