Ordered on 19th of February. Still not dispatched. I also paid over £7 for next day delivery.Told them to cancel order to then be told thete is a cancellation fee even though they have not fulfilled order. Never had this low level of service from other online pharmacies.

No consultation!

I requested 1mg of Wegovy but the clinician decided to send me 0.25mg, despite the fact that l had been on MJ for 6 month previously, without consulting and informing me! As a result l have a pen l won’t use. When l complained l wasn’t offered a refund or replacement. I have therefore decided to stop my subscription!
