My Rachio R3 Pro controller was delivered promptly for the lowest price that I was able to find. My only quibble is that other than a sheet giving info about going online to the app after installation, there were no installation instructions or guidelines. Even a trip to the Rachio website did not yield any installation instructions. I was able to install the system intuitively and getting it working online was a piece of cake. The controller functions flawlessly so far.
