Placed an order a month ago and still not received it and after 10+ emails they finally replied and told me it will be dispatched again in 2 day working days. It has since been over a week and yet again ignoring all my emails.
I wish I could give them a lower rating. You pay for 48 hour delivery and are still waiting over a week later. No response was received off the back of my email and when the package did arrive an item was missing. I have emailed for a refund of the missing item and the delivery fee but I don’t anticipate any response. Please don’t waste your time with this company.
AVOID PLACING AN ORDER! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I should have learned from my first experience when I only received half of my order. Now, on January 18, 2026, I'm still waiting for an order from DECEMBER! The customer service is useless; there's been no response! I seriously doubt I will receive a refund.
I wish I had checked the reviews first! I placed an order on December 17th, expecting to receive some items in time for Christmas, but I missed the cut-off deadline (which is understandable). Today, a month later, my order arrived, but half of it was missing! I am now hoping for a refund.
I’m facing similar problems as several other users. Two items were not shipped. After sending numerous emails, they often ignore inquiries for a while before replying with promises to check the warehouse and provide updates, but those updates never come. We feel like we've lost £20. This has been a persistent issue since October.
Avoid this service! My order arrived late, and, like many others, I found several items missing. There was no order form or packing list included. I filed a dispute with my payment service, but it was denied simply based on tracking information showing 'delivered.' This company is a total scam and a frustrating experience. I wish I had chosen a more reliable provider.
I placed an order on November 25th and have yet to receive any tracking information or the items. I reached out to the customer service team, but they haven't responded. Now I have to wait until next week to initiate a chargeback. This has been a complete nightmare.
Since the warehouse change, it seems the staff are not competent. A large box of cookies and a bottle of soda were missing from my order, which is half of what I ordered. It’s surprising how they could miss sending the largest items. I’ve ordered from them before without issues. I have yet to receive a response to my emails and will escalate if they don’t either send me the items or issue a refund. I’m extremely disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a Christmas gift.
