This product is excellent and a lifesaver for those at risk of dehydration. I truly appreciate the compassionate response to my refund request due to my mother’s declining health, which made it impossible for her to manage any fluids. I ordered these for my father and tried one myself, but I found it to taste very artificial. I’m giving it 3 stars due to the artificial ingredients like maltodextrin, which isn’t great for health. On the positive side, they are soft and easy for elderly individuals to swallow.
The texture of these is quite slimy. I contacted the service about the difficulty in consuming them due to this texture, but they informed me that they don’t offer refunds. I appreciate the integrity of the product, but I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on these. I spent too much and ended up discarding them. They were truly unpleasant!

These are wonderful. I deal with Burnt Mouth Syndrome, and another family member has Sjögren's. Letting the cold jelly dissolve in the mouth provides relief and has a pleasant taste, unlike some mouth sprays. We also take them on long journeys, whether by car or plane, especially when stuck in traffic! A brilliant product.
