High quality seasonings. And their dessert toppers are bomb. I put them in a lot of things.The only issue with the products themselves is that sometimes they’ll arrive caked so much that it’s one brick of seasoning in the shaker. So stuck together that you have to use a fork and work pretty hard to break it up. Shaking doesn’t even do it in those cases.Order a month ahead of time and you won’t be disappointed. Expect them within a week, and you’ll be quite annoyed. Two or three times in a row now, my orders have been delayed by weeks. When I asked them to make it right and throw in an extra bottle or two, the response I got said they’re keeping an eye on the order closely, but didn’t even address my request. And this is on par with their customer service over the several years that I’ve used them for.
The customer service is atrocious! Placed one initial order that I contacted customer service about to make a change. Despite emailing, trying to reach via chat, and their text number, I ultimately had to escalate my dispute with PayPal for a full refund and order cancelation. Despite this, I attempted another order since I hear the seasoning are great. I paid for rush shipping and, of course, my package was delayed, so I again had to go through PayPal for a refund on my additional shipping costs. Once I received the order, 3 bottles were not fully sealed leading to product spilling all over the inside of the box, and they sent me two of the wrong flavor. I am attempting to reach out to them directly to fix this but don't expect them to do anything, so I'm sure I will have to escalate this with PayPal once again. I don't care how good these seasonings are.. I will NEVER order from Flavor God ever again!!
Placed an order on 12/17 and still have not received it. I have sent 3 email inquiries and have not gotten a single response. Order status on website remains “unfulfilled”. Tried calling and the number on their website is not going through. They have ghosted me at this point.
I placed an order on December 14th as a Christmas gift for my husband—the website guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve. As of today, December 29th, the status of my order is unfilled. I have reached out to customer service and still do not have any resolution or tracking information for my order.
They make a good product but they have absolutely no idea how to run a business.The customer service is horrible.I put in two orders almost three weeks ago, I still don’t have the products.I’d advise everyone to avoid this place They take your money, then you must beg to get your order
I'm very Disappointed with the smaller and skinner bottles. The Seasoning is already expensive. I faithfully purchased 6 bottles every other month. I'm not sure if I will continue. I really like the Seasoning but just not sure if it's worth it anymore going from 5 oz to 3.5 oz. That's a huge Difference.
