I contacted a representative for insurance for 2026, and they pitched this plan as excellent. After paying my premium and membership fee, I looked into the company, only to find that I am not covered for anything. There are numerous complaints about this same issue. Be vigilant.
This is a total scam, especially the navigators who connected me with this company. They took my premium in advance and representatives misrepresented the services covered. They offer very limited medication coverage and no dental benefits. When I tried to reach the representatives I initially spoke to, I was repeatedly directed to customer service, but calls kept dropping. I spent hours seeking a refund, and still, nothing has been issued.
I enrolled my small business in the plan and have been quite satisfied overall. The coverage is dependable, virtual consultations are straightforward, and the pricing is mostly transparent. I did encounter a minor billing issue, but the support team resolved it with a few emails. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars for excellent service and flexible healthcare options.
I simply called for information regarding my son. Before ending the call, I confirmed with the representative that I would not be charged or signed up until I called back. Despite her assurances, my account was charged immediately after hanging up. I’ve tried to reach her numerous times, left messages, and emailed customer service, but no one responds. THIS IS A SCAM!
I wouldn't even give them 1 star. My customer representative lied to me ans told me that everything i needed is would be covered for and I wasnt. Everytime I tried to call and talk to someone I would be on home for an hour or hung up on.
This company is the worst company ever and the people working here should be taken into a room and left there to rot. How this company exists and people can sleep at night is jaw dropping. I lost my job and my insurance, was desperate and trusted my representative who told me this was a good plan. His name is Jordan # 332-333-7133. He should be fired and sent out on the streets. To sell this POS coverage to a family who is in need of financial beneficial help is appalling. I hope this stop someone else and saves someone from this mistake. I will stand with anyone who is as disgusted as me. The marketplace benefits help is garbage and so is the financial mental support in this country
I signed up for the Prestige Plan for my small business employees, and the coverage is solid. Virtual visits are convenient, and pricing is mostly transparent. That said, I ran into a small issue with an unexpected charge on my first invoice. Support resolved it eventually, but it took a few emails. Still, I’d rate them 4 stars because the overall service and plan flexibility are excellent. Worth checking out if you want a simple, customizable healthcare plan.
I was promised benefits for an Aetna insurance plan and it did not fulfill. I started the plan on September 1st, 2025. I canceled the plan on September 30th, 2025. The policy states if you are not happy they will give you a full refund for your premium if you cancel within 30 days. The person I spoke to named Brandon argued with me and said I do not understand how this works or what is going on. The insurance plan I signed up for is not real nor does it cover anything which is why I canceled.
