Quick delivery and beautiful color

Quick delivery and a lovely color, design, and materials. Made in Vietnam, not the low-quality options from other regions. I’m puzzled by the negative reviews—this brand feels luxurious and stunning. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my dress; it’s made from a cotton and spandex blend, so lightweight it feels like I'm wearing nothing in the heat. It doesn’t wrinkle, making it perfect for vacations. I’m looking forward to the promised $50 gift card for orders over $250, as I plan to buy more. The dress fits well but is a bit large, which seems to reflect true sizing, unlike many fast fashion brands that mislabel sizes.

The dress fits well, though it is a bit big, indicating it’s a true large size, unlike those fast-fashion brands that mislabel sizes. This brand is definitely not like that! I plan to visit the store in person next time, as this size feels larger on me.

Long-time customer with mixed feelings

I’ve been visiting this place for 30 years and love the old location, but I’m still adjusting to the new one. I was disappointed that they no longer offer the same bread; the new option just doesn’t compare. I think the old location could be transformed into a bar, just a suggestion!

Disappointing dining experience

Last night, my dining experience was disappointing on multiple fronts. I informed the manager about my intention to use coupons and a gift certificate, requesting that the server not mention it publicly. Unfortunately, the server repeatedly brought it up in front of my guests. Additionally, the informal way the server addressed us was inappropriate for a restaurant of this caliber. We also faced safety issues with the dessert, which was served in a dangerously hot skillet without any warning, resulting in burns. The lobster dish was overcooked and bland. Overall, this visit was far below my expectations, and I don’t plan to return soon.

Be cautious of scams

I experienced my first scam this time; thankfully, it wasn't a significant amount, but please be careful—it's a costly lesson.

Need fresh designs!

I believe the brand needs new designers. The original pants were fantastic, but the new version doesn’t fit right. I have 30 pairs of the original style, but the replacements are uncomfortable and look more like workwear. This change has disappointed me, especially since I’ve had great experiences with the staff at the local store. I had to voice my opinion after trying the new pants, which just don’t work for me.

Generally good, with some issues

Their shirts are lovely, but some pullovers fray around the collar. The cotton shorts are nice, but the hems tend to wrinkle, which is a disappointment. While I appreciate the expandable waist, I wish the hems were more durable. Despite these issues, I’m still a fan and shop there frequently!

Spring/summer favorites

I found a few beach items and spent quite a bit at local stores, but similar swimsuits are much cheaper at other retailers. Some thin cotton items felt overpriced and lost their shape after washing. I’ve visited all the locations in the area, but during the winter season, I found nothing suitable. I appreciate the casual beach items and longer shorts, but I did notice some apparel at other stores for much less.

Frustrating online order experience

I placed a $147 order online in August 2025 and received an order and tracking number. After a month, I found out the order was marked as delivered, which was false. Neither the online outlet nor their associated businesses offered any help in locating my package or refunding my money. They denied responsibility, and the freight company didn’t respond to my inquiries. I felt cheated—don’t let this happen to you.

Loyal customer with a disappointing experience

I’ve spent over $10,000 at the local outlet over 20 years. Recently, I bought two pairs of shorts and a shirt that didn’t fit, but my request for a smaller size was denied. The new policy requires returns within 30 days. I know the management well, but this experience has soured my view, and I doubt I’ll shop there again. Poor customer service like this could drive them to bankruptcy.
