Caution: Misrepresentation of Warranty!

My spouse and I bought outdoor furniture years ago from the company. The sales associate assured us it came with a lifetime warranty, but now we find out there's only a 5-year warranty. After contacting the store manager and customer service, I was informed of this change. Despite my attempts to reach the CEO regarding this issue, I've only received unsatisfactory responses. The company is not honoring what we were originally told, and their customer service has been far from acceptable. I strongly advise against doing business with them.
