I do not like to write bad review but for this company I should. The first time some clothing company has disappointed me. The size and fit and the quality is worse. They didn't give me refund on the product I purchased for the full price. Extremely unprofessional as well and delivery is too late. They are just here to rip people off. If I had read the reviews before buying from them I never would have placed an order with them. I made a big mistake but I thank them as I have learnt a lesson to read reviews everytime I buy from a new company now going forward. Really disappointing company. I do not see this company doing good business on a long term basis.
I bought a dress, it hasn't arrived, and I can't track the order(I bought it on January 6th, paid for delivery, and it hasn't arrived). I've tried the chat and haven't received any updates.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I placed an order with aMoonlark on Dec 23, 2025, paying extra for express shipping (3–5 days). Over 30 days later, the order has still not shipped, and no tracking or delivery updates have been provided.
I contacted aMoonlark multiple times via email and received vague responses suggesting alternative styles, but they refuse to issue a full refund for an unshipped order. I have saved copies of all emails, payment confirmations, and order details.

This company is a complete scam. They advertise their products as high-quality and “refundable,” but what I received was cheap plastic-like material. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered dress from them because I really liked it and I paid for express delivery, that was not so cheap. I expected that my order will come within 2 weeks, but that was not the case. It takes so long, even if you pay extra money for delivery. Communication with them is another tough thing. When I ask them about my order, they are always telling me lies, excuses, they guarantee me things that never happened or will never happen. I don't expect anything from them anymore. If you’re thinking about making some order from this company, don’t do it. You will have less to worry about.
I ordered 3 items on 8/5 and paid $18 for express shipping because I needed one item for an event in August. My order wasn’t delivered until 9/19—long after I needed it. The company refused to refund or credit the shipping fee. Communication was poor; I kept getting vague updates like “we are putting your order ahead of others,” but no clear timeline.
