Review Time
I've decided to leave a final review for Firestar Toys because I'm extremely disappointed once again with the shipping time of an order. I find it unacceptable that you force customers to pay nearly £40 for express shipping after a certain number of items when the shipping time is so disastrous. Not to mention my previous order on your site where DHL didn't even bother to deliver to my home, even though I was home. That may have been beyond your control, but when you add the disastrous delivery to your shipping time, it clearly discourages me from buying from you. Again, the products are of good quality, there's no problem there, but waiting this long is unacceptable. I understand that you have a lot of orders to process and that it takes time, but in that case, you don't charge customers for express delivery; that's unacceptable. I hope that my latest order will be processed soon and that I will receive it correctly, but I think this will be my last order with you; your way of operating is not very customer-friendly.
They create excellent custom products, and I've ordered from them multiple times, always satisfied. However, my last two orders had very poor processing times. After placing my order, it took two weeks to receive a tracking number, and I still haven't received an update on my latest order. Their FAQ suggests a turnaround of 3-7 days, but I haven't received any communication about delays, which is frustrating.
The live chat support team has been excellent! I had questions about shipping, and they were always friendly and helpful, keeping me informed. The representatives I chatted with were great. If you have any questions about your order, they will assist you!
Since I started my D&D and tabletop hobby, I've ordered from this service many times. The team is resourceful, and the website is well-designed with a wide range of custom parts. Returns are straightforward, and the rewards system is a nice touch. I understand complaints about processing times, but I appreciate their dedication and passion. I'm looking forward to more unique items in the future.
