Review Time
I had been a customer for nearly a year. While the products are decent, the customer service is lacking. There’s no phone support, only email communication, which can be delayed. After trying to skip a shipment due to excess product, I waited four days for a reply only to be told it was too late to cancel. They shipped an incomplete order without compensating me, offering only a small coupon for future purchases. I ended my subscription after this experience.
I enjoy the products, and ordering is straightforward. However, I placed my order on 9/1/25, and by 9/10/25, it still hadn't shipped. I also subscribed to the coily routine kit, but the only option is monthly, which is too frequent for my needs. More flexibility in frequency would be helpful.
I placed an online order with this company back on July 29th. Today is August 14th and I am still yet to receive my order or to get receive a tracking number from the company to track my order! I've also received numerous emails asking about my experience with the company and my satisfaction with an order I have still yet to receive asking for refund and writing this review this is unacceptable in today's climate and job market!
All the Amyla products I had tried so far are excellent, I have been using for more than a year now. My hair feel moisturized and soft even during the Summer in Texas with high humidity. So far I had tried the shampoo and conditioner, the hair growth serum, and the treatment mask. I recently ordered the chebe powder and can’t wait to try it.
This is my 6th attempt at contacting your customer service department since making my order #94047 on July 23, 2025. All of my attempts have been unsuccessful. No one has responded to my emails or messages sent on your site. This is beyond disappointing as I am a first time purchaser of your products. I have not received a tracking number, so I have no idea where my package is…Please note I have checked my spam. While your products maybe great based on people’s reviews, your online customer service is inefficient and unsatisfactory.
The products are excellent, and for at least a year and half they are the only products that I've been using in my hair and my hair has been thriving. My favorite line so far is the Rosemary and Mint. Customer service is also excellent, I had an issue and I got a response the next day. The products also last quite a while for me.
