When I first tried to reach CS regarding my missing order, I was run around a bit and was unable to reach anyone. BUT…the customer service that I have received once I was able to reach someone, has made my experience great. I have not received my products yet but it was through no fault of the seller. They were able to help me track my order and saw where the package was returned to sender twice and are now trying to get the package to me. I am so excited to try the products. I have been through chemo and radiation and this company was highly recommended. I gave a positive rating because of how I have been treated as a customer and that is very important to me. I have not, personally, had to speak with anyone... however, consider this a good thing, because I've not had ANY issues with my Orders or the products. I love everything I've purchased, to date, & just keep trying new items as they come up. The hair growth products, really, do work! It takes patience, but over time I've noticed areas filling back in, especially around my edges. The Shampoos & Conditioners leave my hair feeling silky smooth, refreshing, & clean.
