1 star. My Andersen A2 charger was installed on 1 Oct 2025 and failed on 20 Jan 2026, leaving us unable to charge at home.
I initially thought it was user error, but by 21 Jan it clearly wasn’t charging. My installer liaised with Andersen first, then I contacted Andersen on 24 Jan after they didn’t call when promised. Since then I’ve had to constantly chase. I sent the requested photos by email, but Andersen repeatedly claimed they hadn’t received them (I have the sent emails), causing more delays.
Despite being told our case was “urgent”, progress has been very slow. They also tried to blame me (driving over the cable) and my car — but my car charges fine on another home charger.
I’ve spent £500+ on expensive public charging because I have no alternative. Very poor customer service and a product that failed within months. I’ve told their helpdesk I’ll escalate to Trading Standards and/or small claims as I’m out of pocket and still without a working charger.
Danny who came and installed the charger came up with a much more sensible and discreet cable route than the one I had suggested. He worked fast and powered through in the cold and rain, and thr finished result was much better than I expected. He then comprehensively showed me how to use the charger. Excellent service, Danny is a credit to your company.
I had initially scheduled another service for the charger installation, but they refunded me after being unable to complete it. The installation with this company was very neat and hassle-free, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a charger.
Just had my charger fitted. A very nice engineer called ahead to confirm arrival and was punctual. We evaluated two possible fitting locations and chose the inside, as the cable fit easily under the garage door. The entire process took about two hours, and he set up my app to show it connected and charging. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend this company for a charger. A 7-year warranty and 0% interest are great bonuses.
I faced issues with the app not syncing with my charger, which turned out to be due to my WiFi. However, a representative from the company went above and beyond to assist me in resolving the issue. Full marks for their effective and easily accessible support.
