The project, initially promised to be completed in a week, extended to nearly a month, causing considerable inconvenience. While some workers were excellent, others did not meet the expected finish quality. The outcome is acceptable but not up to the standards we anticipated. Additionally, our carpet was damaged during initial work, and despite providing evidence, we received no feedback regarding this issue. Overall, the inconsistency, missed deadlines, and poor communication have led us to decide against using this service for future projects. We shared our honest feedback without receiving any response or apology.
