Review Time
Out of three deliveries, two went wrong. First, they forgot to pack a barrel and dismissed my concerns, claiming the package weight proved it was included. The second order included a new barrel to replace the missing one, but they shipped the wrong item. They even insisted I photograph the order slip instead of simply checking their records. I'm done with them.
This company has been the least professional I've ever dealt with. They often don't respond to messages and take ages to reply. They have hidden fees and provide no customer support. It feels like they're run by inexperienced individuals. I do not recommend buying from them.
I've faced the worst customer service here. They are lazy and unprofessional, adding hidden fees without prior notice. They prioritize their reputation over customer satisfaction. I would never do business with them again and advise others to steer clear.
I will not order from this company again. I purchased a paintball gun at a set price, but with added charges and taxes, it ended up costing about $25 more. The shipping took a long time, and I felt scammed. At least I got free shipping, but that’s why they only get one star from me.
I'm reluctantly giving this company two stars solely for their good product selection. I placed a large order, expecting loyalty points, but was shorted 1,900 points. When I inquired, I received a dismissive response. They also failed to accommodate my shipping request and provided poor packaging that resulted in damaged items. Their lack of customer care is unacceptable.
My experience with this service was disappointing. The items I received were in opened packaging, reducing their value. There were also discrepancies in item descriptions, and I was told that this is how older items come. They suggested I pay for return shipping for a replacement, which is unprofessional. I cannot recommend them.
I ordered two packages on the 28th of April, and they still haven’t arrived. I plan to return them for a refund if they ever show up. I will update my review with proof of their lack of customer care. They seem to prioritize profit over service.
