We love our pool. The freeform and pebble tech are stunning. Its a construction process and of course between weather and contractors things do not always go perfectly or as planned. Anthony and Silvan was awesome working through the challenging parts of the process with us, and for us, that is what matters. Anyone can sell you something its when the dirt and pipes are going in that expectations can be unmet. Our project manager Ray met us each step of the way, we felt heard from management and the shinning star was the education we have gotten on how to operate our pool by Dillon. I can't say that we had a perfect experience because I dont know that is possible with this type of investment. We are glad we partnered with Anthony and Sylvan to see our dream of 27 years come to fruition and would choose them again in the future.
I have been using Anthony &Sylvan for almost a year now to maintain my pool.A&S has provided me with great customer service and are always responsive to my calls and inquiries. My agent Steven Rucker is amazing. On every visit he scrubs,cleans and maintains all parts og my pool and filter. I've even had my neighbors tell me they were jealous and impressed at the level of service he provides. Its refreshing to have a company and agent that takes pride in their work and offer full service for what you pay for. Im thankful for the team!
We started building our pool build late December, early January. Dale was able to envision exactly what we had wanted for a pool design, which quickly translated to the builders who stayed on top of next steps, and all phases so the project never stood still. Ray was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions around scope and next steps. We had pool school and startup with Dillon Sutter, who was fantastic during our startup, and informational session. He was extremely patient and explained the ins and outs of the pool equipment + also the chemical needs/schedule. We really have enjoyed our pool thus far, and was finished way ahead of schedule for the Spring/Summer seasons.
We had a great experience with our pool school, thanks to our technician, Dillon from Anthony and Sylvan Pool. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made us feel confident managing our new pool. He was also very attentive, taking the time to answer all of our questions without rushing.What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything—from maintenance to equipment operation. When our app wouldn’t connect, he even returned the same day on his way home to check on it once we had our Wi-Fi sorted out.We truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend!

I have been unable to connect with the service team regarding a crack in pool. I have tried this for over two years now. Additionally, our coping is separating from the pool. I picked Anthony & Sylvan because I thought they would stand by their product and would have quality work. Turns out neither is true, they never call back.
