I knew Antony Roberts was good, and everyone in the office is unfailingly charming, helpful and friendly but I feel particularly lucky that Emma was dealing with my sale. It was a horrendous process with the lawyers, and Emma worked like an absolute Trojan to get the sale to exchange; way way beyond what one would have imagined would be necessary. And she did it all with tremendous kindness, sensitivity and humour. Really *really* grateful. Thank you.
Emma and Antony Roberts did a fine job of advertising and showing me the property, dealing with my offer and keeping me in touch with the seller.Where Emma absolutely excelled, was in fighting tooth and nail to get the sale over the line, having to deal with one abysmal set of solicitors and a second who didn't appear to care whether the deal got over the line or not.During a long drawn out process, Emma ensured queries were answered, problems were resolved and documentation was signed.
