Having been given notice by our previous landlords as they wished to sell the property were renting. My wife made contact with Harriet , Richmond Office regarding the rental of a 3 bedroom property in Richmond. From the initial meeting, to viewing the property and finalising, Harriet comes highly recommended. Superb service, the team of Antony Roberts and our agent Francesca in particular were always extremely helpful and customer-centric throughout the entire process of finding a new home. Even though our case was a bit special (new job, moving to the UK from abroad, not UK citizens etc.), practical solutions were found and we are moving into a lovely new home now without delay! We met with Harriet while we were looking for a new house. She helped us a lot to find a place to rent, she is really friendly and accessible. After we moved, Emma has been helping us a lot with the management of the property. She has been providing instant support to solve some minor issues.

Great experience as a Landlord renting through Anthony Roberts. I have used a few estate agents in the area however AR are the best. Professionally, friendly and reliable. I mainly have dealt with Harriet however any interaction with other colleagues in this branch has generally been excellent.
Harriett and the team were exceptional in helping to find great tenants after the sale of our house fell through. They quickly identified the right type of tenant, helped us decide which parts of the house needed some revamp and were even willing to check on progress of the works . The communication was excellent , the paper work minimal and it helped that they have a high street office and are actually working in the office (not from home). Highly recommend Antony Roberts for lettings.
