Unstable bed

I had an issue on my Kobra 2 pro with print quality. With Anycubic after sale we found the solution, it was unstable bed. They send me a new bed as warranty.Very good, instrucional and fast customer service. Great service!

Personalized assistance with an assigned technician

Suddenly, I noticed problems with the printing. Apparently, the printer collided with the object and ended up detaching it from the bed. That doesn't always happen. The technical service has been giving me instructions to resolve it in a very quick and attentive manner.The incident tracking system is impeccable.
