I ordered a Drag X2 in Golden Champagne and they were out of stock, so they sent pink. I told them I didn’t want that color and the result of their customer service was that I keep the pink one and the next month when they are replenished and they will send me an additional one color of my choice free of choice. Later on, I pointed out that one month to get the color right was too long and we agreed that they would send me not the Drag X2 but the new Drag X3 upgraded and shipped immediately completely free of charge. I got the exact color I picked, and I am very pleased with my experience. As for the vape I have now (the pink Drag X2), it’s a finely crafted piece of work that works very nice, and I watched some YouTube reviews on the Drag X3 and see it’s a perfected product now with some old quirks being addressed with the new model. I ordered 4 packs of coils as they also gave me a BOGO coupon that stacks multiple times in the same order, and am very pleased. I will soon be ordering the Vinci Spark 220 as they just emailed me a 50% off coupon for it. I can’t believe this, it’s insanely good!! Thanks Voopoo!

Voo Poo stood by their warranty and replaced my drag 4 kit a drag 5 kit when the drag 4 had some issues.. Highly recommend buying VooPoo products. Just make sure to save receipts..

Excellent Voopoo Drag S3 smart ecig and using vapemate Havana Cigar flavour juice it tastes like the cigars I used. Seen some bad delivery reports but I have had no problems with E-cig Direct!

Ordered coils

Ordered coils, and they were sent from a third party. When they arrived, the postal service (USPS) stated that it was a fraudulent label and that I had to pay shipping, which I had already done. I contacted them, said they would refund. Never did. They sent more coils, but the label was still fraudulent, and this would cost more than the first one. They are frauds.

It doesn't charge half the time

It doesn't charge half the time. I just put it on the charger and got 2% over an hour and then moved to a different wall outlet and got 2% in 5 minutes. The coils last for a day or less. The company ships their Chinese crap from Canada. Everything about this is a Chinese scam. They sell defective goods to foreigners because we're too stupid not to buy them. Stop buying things from China.

Got the new voopoo argus p2 after having had the drag twice in last 5 years and wow what a difference. The flavour hit snd feel is absolutely incredible. Absolute game changer

Bad and irritate

It’s saddening to even write my thoughts and experience over this site, I have bought vape + cartridges , in two weeks I have received the vape but it’s been almost two months of excuses and still haven’t received it yet every time something new and my last email excuse was that it was delivered but you haven’t picked it up at time the send it back to us☹️
