Hi everyone, when I first turned on the printer I noticed that the Z measurements were all off by 0.4mm and, after some tests suggested by the Anycubic service, we came to the conclusion that it was the fault of the curved heated bed, so Anycubic promptly sent me a new one, with which I solved the problem.So from my experience, I can say that Anycubic's service is ready and prepared to solve problems.
Good and reliable printers! And equally important, good support. After 3 thousand and some hours of printing time on my Kobra 3 Combo (with only minor issues), i had a problem with my Ace Pro (my fault), to wich anycubic support quickly provided solution and replacement. Also, own a S1 that works perfectly. So, no complaints whatsoever
