Avoid This Company! I repeat, do not use this service! The watches are marketed as Google Wear watches, but they're just cheap smartwatches that can be found for much less elsewhere. I requested a refund immediately, but they took two days to reply, claiming it was already packed, and charged me a handling fee. The customer service was rude and unhelpful!

I recently bought a smartwatch and wanted to share my experience. While it's priced lower than others, the advertising is misleading and the product is disappointing. Their return policy is also problematic, as I was informed I had to pay for both outgoing and return shipping, totaling $60. This makes returning it very costly.
This replacement smartwatch is just as problematic as the first one. It struggles to sync with my phone, and the weather app is inaccurate. The health apps are unreliable, showing the same readings for different individuals. I wouldn't recommend this watch.
I agree with other reviews. The watch stopped working after two months. It was replaced, but the second one failed within a week. I was told that water damage from swimming isn't covered by warranty, which is absurd since it was marketed as waterproof. I now have a complaint filed through a payment service.
