Dumbbells fell apart 5 weeks after purchase and cannot get anyone in customer service to respond. Call their customer service number and it hangs up after 1-2 min-no one ever answers.STAY AWAY FROM TIS COMPANY!!!

I spent $160 on dumbbells

I spent $160 on dumbbells, it has been over 2 weeks and I haven’t received them yet, after I read these bad reviews I will wait another week before I call the credit card company I’m very sure I’ll get my money back from them.

Will Not Order Again

Order item and they charged my credit card immediately. After on shipping notification after 10 days, reached out to find out the item is on back order and was told it would be at least another 15 days before it could POSSIBLY be available. They did offer to refund, however, that still has not happened. I reached out again (via email) and again request refund and so far no response. The number listed puts me on hold and then hangs up! I'll work this out with my credit card company but will never use them again.

I would rate no stars if I could

I would rate no stars if I could. I have purchased a few items from this company 3 months ago and I haven't received not one item. I haven't gotten an email, shipping nor a tracking number. I am livid that I can't even get a reply in any way. Terrible company!! I'm so mad I'm in tears. How can a company be so evil and rip people off like this

Hung up on me!

Hung up on me, before answering questions. I’m so thankful I read the reviews first! Sorry for everyone who fell for this scam! I appreciate the warnings found in the reviews.I had my credit card out but I had a question. The lady answered but when I told her I didn’t have an order number, yet. She hung up, then the next 3 calls no answer! April 29,2020. They have fake reviews raving about their products on their site.
