I use cetaphil gentle skin facewash. I have recently noticed that you have launched several other products like bathing soap, baby products and body wash in India. Why does it has Sulphate when a lot of Indians are moving to sulphate free and parabene free products. The worst part is u r adding it in baby products. I have taken this time to write this review out of my busy schedule just because I love Gentle face wash and looking for more products like that but like other money making brands u hv started adding harmful chemicals in ur products specially baby products and it is recommended by doctors such statements are playing with customers mindset.
I am 36 and have sensitive skin, anything ive used has been too strong and irritated my face. For weeks ive had spots on my jaw line and taken supplements and changed make up etc. After looking a ph balance of skin i tried this and it is brilliant! I dont think i will ever change now my skin is clearing up
I used the Cetaphil day moisturiser with factor 50 for years with no problem. It now has a “new formula” and boy did my skin react badly. Within minutes my face was bright red and my eyes stinging. A week later and after using steroid cream my skin is starting to settle but my eyes are very sore still. The box states new formula, but it is in fact a completely different formula altogether, hardly anything similar. Cetaphil sent me the list of ingredients. Thankfully my husband is a chemist and could work through the long list in both formulas, he said they were completely different. I won’t be using Cetaphil again. They said, “the new formulation is mineral sunscreen, the old formulation was a chemical SPF moisturiser”. The old formula is no longer manufactured.

The moisturizer is lightweight, hydrating, and great for daily use. Together, they leave my skin feeling clean, soft, and healthy. Highly recommend!
New & Improved Ceraphil product has caused me horrible allergic reactions! This, after 30 years of success with Cetaphil. Contacted Galderma several times. No support, as in refunds, or acceptance of the the allergens in their New & Improved product. Beware…..
