Thousands of £££'s of kit has just arrived at my office. Would you believe that DHL left it all downstairs by the front door, without even getting a signature?In contrast, we just had a man deliver one little box of paper (straight after) and he came all the way up to our office to get the signature? Speaks volumes.
I’m always pleased when I see that something that I have ordered will be delivered by DHL. I get clear communications from the company, with easy tracking and a pretty good ETA. The driver who works in this area is also very pleasant and courteous. Great service.
Despite a signature being required for this highly valuable package, it was dumped on the doorstep, the bell was rung but the driver had already left the property and no signature given. it could easily have been stolen from the doorstep. Luckily we were in - we were told that the delivery was to be Tuesday next week - that only changed this morning - so no reasonable notice given of the change. Poor service
