Nothing but automated replies that are completely useless! They've activated a 2FA on my account that I never put in place, and now I'm locked out because I've switched to a new PC. Can't get them to remove it because the automated replies just loop you straight back to the support page, and even then you can't submit another ticket without switching to a different device or browser as it throws up an error. Utter scum!
You would think after 13 years and countless updates as well as canceling updates for other games (rdr2) in order to make more GTA V content that the game would play some what smooth but it plays like I’m being dragged over a coral reef by a speed boat. I just switched from xbox one to X/S and have had more issues with this game than any game over ever played from being spotted when nothing was there to spot to having over 30 enemies spawn inside structures and just shoot me from impossible angles. I am truly dreading GTA VI because if this is what they can accomplish after 13 years then I can’t fathom the trash they are going to throw together for the next game and how buggy and unplayable it will come out like.
I lost access to my email and submitted multiple requests to the support team for help recovering my account to be able to play. Each time they respond, they mark the ticket as 'solved'. I requested to unlink my account from another platform since I couldn't access my old email or account, but they just referred me to another support service as if I hadn't already tried that.
This gaming company is incredibly disappointing. They fail to address gaming issues promptly. When reporting disruptive players, it seems they take no action. Additionally, they have closed support tickets even while they are still within the seven-day response period.

I've Lost Interest in the Next Game. Both online experiences are unsafe, and discovering personal information breaches privacy and safety. I'm relieved I no longer have to endure the nonsense from the company! I can't consider myself a fan anymore after this.

I reached out for help recovering my account after it was hacked years ago but got no assistance. I wanted to remove a two-factor authentication that I can't access, and their automated system just sent me irrelevant links. This is by far the most ineffective support I’ve encountered. The service seems to rely on AI instead of real help. I cannot recommend this company at all.
