I ordered 2 dresses in an ivory colour when they arrived the dresses were crammed into a plastic bag no care had been taken with any of the packaging
The dresses were of cheap material.and were white not ivory as requested or stated on their invoice
Customer Service extremely unhelpful stated that in their terms and conditions that only a 15% refund was allowed.suggested I keep the dress for a prom or sell it !!
Told them a want a full refund as it was their error in sending the wrong colour.
I intend to contact the British Standards Agency regarding this company as they are a company obviously obtaining their clothing from China but proportion to be a UK based company
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS FIRST

Ironically I’m having the same issues as everyone else. The dress came in weeks earlier than expected. I took the dress out the packaged and immediately knew this isn’t mine or this isn’t what I asked for. This dress around my stomach, instead of it fitting my belly it made it look like I bought the dress when I was a different size, lost weight, and now it’s too big for my stomach mind you I am a size 4 US to be exact. I wrote a review on their website from the dress, and it disappeared when I went back to look at it. The dress I thought look nice and was so simple, the material is horrible. Very disappointing.
I was hesitate to buy my wedding dress online based off these reviews. I am SO THRILLED I bought my dress from Glamlora. It fits Perfectly!! Wonderfully made, material is heavy and looks extremely expensive. Could not be happier. 🥰
This has been a terrible experience. I ordered dresses for my bridesmaids, and the tracking information showed three alarming issues: 1. Address unknown 2. Address not found 3. Delivery not signed for. I've lost a significant amount of money that I can't afford to lose, and it's causing me a lot of stress.
I absolutely adore my dresses! They resemble thousand-dollar pieces but cost only a fraction of that! I'm grateful for the meticulous attention to detail, the responsiveness, the outstanding customer service, and the quick delivery! Exceptional service! I'm thrilled with the four dresses I bought for my wedding; each one exceeded my expectations.
Do not purchase from this bogus company! They do not display their address on their website as they are Chinese so when you order and you want to refund they then divulge that you have to pay high shipping costs which is around £30 and they tell you that they will be taking a 15% shipping costs so h you os equals nearly 50% of the cheaply made dress.
By UK law you are supposed to display your location and be transparent however they intentionally conceal it !
To make it worse they masquerade with a co.uk address to pretend hey are local.
They try to talk you out of sending clothes back which like I said is not worth it any way. The dress they sent for my daughter to be my bridesmaid was cheap looking and did not fit so not try to size and she is very slim and petite.
They should be banned by trading standards! Always go through websites and look for a location address or even companies house. If there isn’t one hen it’s China so don’t bother!
The service sent me a dress that was completely different from the photo—low-quality fabric, rigid, and poorly constructed. Customer support has ignored several emails asking for return instructions and has requested irrelevant items like photos and measurements for justification. I have been unable to return the dress, which has been incredibly frustrating. I will not be shopping here again. After seeing the reviews, I wish I had checked them before making my purchase. This feels like a scam. It's disappointing how the company has treated its customers. I'm sharing this review to alert others about their poor practices.
It’s been 30 days since I ordered, original confirmation said it would be delivered by FedEx in 3-7 days, then I get a tracking number from China and a link to track 718 and they wouldn’t provide the courier name that was suppose to deliver package.Emailed several times, was offered discounts for the delay, still haven’t received discounts. I was told the courier would call me before delivery, never received a phone call, tracking now says delivered but it has not been delivered. Emailed again about this and have received no response since the package was supposedly delivered. Do not order from this place.

Contacted them for a return.THEY EMAIL AND SAY I HAVE TO TAKE PICTURES OF MYSELF IN THE DRESS!All I wanted to do was return the dress it was $150 total with shipping. It did not fit and I contacted the day it was delivered.I went back-and-forth with them a few times and they just kept saying goofy things and wanted pictures and then said give them my measurements.Finally they said that I had three options, but none of them were returning the dress and getting a full refund.Even if I return the dress I had to pay a restocking fee and I had to pay for the shipping. It is absolutely ridiculous.My option is basically to keep the dress and get 30% back and then even with that they don’t give you the shipping or taxes back. It is absolutely ridiculous! I have never been so upset from ordering an item before. They make it so very difficult and you are not allowed to return the dress even if you contact them within the 14 days like they say on website.I have never purchased an item that you’re not able to do a return unless it was a final sale or something.This is such a SCAM place and I would avoid because if you need to return, you will for sure be stuck and out money!!!!!
Zero rating is most appropriate. Avoid! Not worth the savings at all. I ordered a drapped one sleeve MOB dress. What they sent was not only the wrong dress, it was of poor quality. They refused to fully refund despite photos showing the dress wasn't what I ordered. After back and forth emails, finally agreed to refund if I returned it at my cost to their facility in China. I sent it at my cost because I'm a fool and the principle of the matter. Well they had me- they failed to accept the dress so it was returned to sender months later. When their rep finally agree to a full refund of dress purchase price (not any shipping fees) they charged a fee for processing the return amount. Other sites were much more accommodating, I encourage anyone shopping for a gown to select a different company.
