I was expecting the delivery and waited…

I was expecting the delivery and waited home for it. I was told a signature would be required. I got an email saying the item had been delivered. It was just left on my doorstep - easy for thieves to take. Both my wife and myself were at home and within earshot of the door being knocked on. Clearly the delivery person didn't knock, just left the parcel. Not good enough.

Well delivered

This delivery has been really well delivered! We had snow and ice and on top of the emails, the delivery driver contacted me directly to say he couldn't get to me. And it arrived today, with a smile - and properly delivered to me. Thank you.
