All ends well

The driver said I was out at the time of delivery. Even though I hadn’t left the house all day. Rang the office and an extremely polite person made the driver come back.

This company is diabolical They say they deliver and never been near for tryed to contact them Well that’s a waste of time i wouldn’t use them to deliver my cat to a vet never mind delivering a parcel They totally rubbish

Zero customer service. Zero communication at all regarding a parcel being delayed. Still waiting to hear back from my laptop not being delivered... showing it's meant to be delivered but no-one has picked it up.
