I was expecting the delivery and waited home for it. I was told a signature would be required. I got an email saying the item had been delivered. It was just left on my doorstep - easy for thieves to take. Both my wife and myself were at home and within earshot of the door being knocked on. Clearly the delivery person didn't knock, just left the parcel. Not good enough.
This was a brilliant service by DHL. The parcel was collected by DHL Express in Tokyo, Japan on Monday 5th January 2026. Two days later, on Wednesday morning 7th January, it was delivered to my door in England (via Germany). Fantastic service from DHL Germany. Great job. Thank you.
