Kept informed of progress of package from the start. Needed to change delivery date which was easy to do plus received confirmation of the change. On day of delivery received regular updates on where package was on its route. Delivery driver was efficient and friendly

The company that my package was going…

The company that my package was going to was out on holidays. DHL safely took my package back and held it until they arrived on the 5th. DHL has been great!!!

Parcel left at unidentified address - turns out it was my neighbour - whew!

Parcel left at an unknown address - I'm now trying to track it down. Update - panic over - it was left with my neighbour as the previous time they were delivering a parcel I'd asked them to do so. I now need to find out how to change the instruction so that my parcels don't go to them forever more.
