If I could rate this experience a zero, I would. I understand the holiday season is busy for delivery services, but this has been entirely unacceptable. Customer support was unavailable, and tracking updates were infrequent. My package was reported to have arrived in the country on December 6th, but the next update wasn't until December 30th, stating it was 'out for delivery.' After such a long wait, I received no information or options. I wasn't home for the delivery and couldn't adjust the date or address. The tracking system later claimed the parcel was delivered, but I never received it and did not sign for it. This lack of clarity and responsibility is extremely disappointing. I will no longer engage with companies that use this delivery service.
This company is a complete joke. It's now the second day I've been told my delivery would arrive. They have had my package since December 18th, which was a gift, and yet nothing has arrived. The tracking claims no one was home to sign for it. I've tried to reach out via phone and email, but I've received no response. Very frustrating.
I placed an order on December 2nd, well before the holiday cut-off, expecting a turnaround of 3 to 5 days. As Christmas neared, delays were announced. Now, it's January 5th, and I still have no package, with delivery dates constantly pushed back. I've sent three unanswered emails to customer service, and when I called, I reached a call center that only repeated the same tracking information I already had. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced; no accountability, no updates, just endless delays.
Very disappointing service. DHL claimed they attempted to deliver my parcel yesterday, which is completely untrue. I was at home and no delivery was attempted. I also spoke to DHL directly on the phone and they have my correct address, yet still marked the delivery as failed.It is unacceptable to falsely log delivery attempts instead of being honest. This caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. I expected much better from a company of this size. I will be very reluctant to use DHL again.
Kept informed of progress of package from the start. Needed to change delivery date which was easy to do plus received confirmation of the change. On day of delivery received regular updates on where package was on its route. Delivery driver was efficient and friendly
