Will be advising retailer same and hopefully they will be able to use a courier that can read.

Do not use this service or outlets that they are delivery agents , avoid at all costs .. to be repeated asked to Google the words ' the Spot ' is hilarious if it wasn't so frustrating as not having my prescription dog food delivered over a week later
