Delivered to another address at a corner shop, didn't notify me so I had to investigate for an hour by myself.The shop didn't want to give me the parcel because DHL did not give me a pick up code. I had to travel home to get ID and prove my story.I got my item eventually, but lots of unnecessary hassle.
The parcel was delivered to the wrong house in the wrong street. My instructions on where to leave the parcel were either not read properly or not understood. I had to walk round the houses and found it in front of someone else's front door.
I was told the parcel would be delivered on 03.12.25. I then recited a message saying they tried to deliver it at 1712 and no one was in. I was and was waiting for the parcel. I rang DHL and was told they tried to deliver it to the wrong address - I was then left hanging on the phone and eventually cut off!
