I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. It has taken over two months to process my refund, and although I received a credit note today, I am still unsure when the funds will be returned. I had high hopes due to the company's reputation, but the customer service has been far from satisfactory. I've dealt with rude representatives who did not address my inquiries and provided no information about my return. Despite multiple requests, I was never informed about the refund timeline. It seems the online support team lacks necessary customer service experience. I ordered a headset for my son to be delivered to a shop since I wouldn't be home, but when I went to collect it, they couldn't find my order. I contacted the company and was told to wait for the item to be returned for a refund, even though it was lost in transit. I had to repeatedly email and call just to get someone to listen. After some time, they said they would investigate, but when I followed up, no one had answers. I needed the refund to buy another gift for my son's birthday in October, but now it's almost Christmas, and I can only use the money then. To add to my frustration, I attempted to claim the money back through my bank, but they have now closed my account without explanation, which has been very inconvenient. Overall, I am dissatisfied with both parties involved and regret placing this order as it has caused me more trouble than it was worth.
The package was sent to a nearby shop without notice, forcing me to search for it for an hour. The shop would not release the parcel since the delivery service failed to provide a pickup code. The delivery team failed to ring the bell even though I was home. They didn’t leave the package on the porch, despite the door being unlocked. Instead, they carelessly tossed the item down the side passage of my house. Very poor service.
I had a package scheduled for delivery on December 3rd that required a signature as per the notification I received. However, the package only arrived on December 4th and was simply pushed through the letterbox; the courier did not ring the doorbell or collect a signature. The proof of delivery was just a photo of my front door!
