Growtopia Tapjoy – MyChips Offers Not Paying Rewards, My Time Was WastedA few weeks ago, I started completing Tapjoy offers through Growtopia. Some of my rewards were credited without issues, but several offers did not pay out at all. I waited the required 72 hours, yet the rewards never arrived. So I decided to try a different offer and accepted the Idle Soap ASMR task provided by MyChips.I completed all the requirements of the offer within a few days. However, no reward was added to my account. I waited another 72 hours thinking it might be a system delay, but again, nothing was credited. Eventually, I had to open an in-game support ticket, and only then did I receive my reward.But then another issue occurred:They closed my entire offer stating there was a “problem,” even though I had completed another step in the same game and never received the reward for it. I spent approximately 48–72 hours completing these tasks, and I have video proof showing that I fulfilled all the requirements, including downloading the game through the Play Store.This situation is extremely unfair and causes significant inconvenience. The automatic reward tracking system clearly does not work, and if I don’t manually open a ticket, I do not receive my rewards. Closing the offer after I completed the tasks is unacceptable.I am requesting that the missing reward for the final completed step be credited to my account.I have already sent the necessary emails and provided evidence. I kindly ask you to resolve this issue.
Although a quick delivery my parcel, a tube containing a valuable painting, was not left in a safe place. It was left totally exposed in a place outside my house where any opportunists could have taken it. Fortunately for me nobody had. The driver could have tried any of my neighbours.
Dropped off a parcel and scanner not working but was advised it would be collected and put in the system.A week later it had not been collected so I went and took it back. I took it to another shop who scanned it and gave me a receipt. Still took a week for it to be collected and eveven days after I dropped it off it is only in the depot. When I had my first problem of it not being collected I logged and issue. Two weeks later no update. I will NOT be using this company again.

Waited an exact hour on the phone to speak to gls customer service right from 40 in the queue to zero for them to hang up absolute horrible company said the couldn’t deliver a parcel and I’m here all day wheelchair bound with a ring doorbell there’s no way anyone from gls called hope they’re the next ones to go
Absolutely disgrace of a service have my parcel nearly 3 weeks can’t get threw to there phone but yet they have a number down looking at all the other bad reviews same postition as myself this place is an absolute scam of a service I amGoing to report this company
