Great tracking, fast delivery. It failed when driver knocked at my door, I'd left instructions to leave at front door ring doorbell covers it well. He then went to a neighbour's and left it on their doorstep with no security. No happy im now stuck at work with it sat at their house. Photo is of next doors house
DHL said delivery would be on 4 December. That would have been convenient. But they changed the date to today 3 December, sending an email at 10.15. I was out at a doctor’s appointment. Luckily, my neighbour was in and took the package for me.
Delivery driver excellent. Identified safe place in case I was not in . Driver did not want to disturb me because I had also left a note on my door . However spotted him before he trekked across to the safe place. Updated regularly and parcel arrived on time. Driver personable , polite and friendly . Thank you
