It was supposed to be signed for as it was a valuable item but was just posted through my letter box. I had received messages asking if I wanted to have it delivered without signature but didn't take up this offer as I valued the security of a signed for delivery.
I had to ring DHL as I was concerned that it would be delivered when I wasn't at home. A very pleasant lady dealt with my enquiry and suggested ways to help. However a short time later I had an update to say what time it would be delivered and the parcel came half way through the timeslot. Very impressed with the communication from DHL.
