It was NOT delivered on time. I was told well after the package was late,it was going to be late. The I was told the courier was only a few minutes away and the 3 hours later he showed up...with no apology. Hopeless...no it wasn’t a day early, you promised delivery on Monday from your revised schedule. So another lie from you. Just dishonest. I have a picture from your company, of the parcel held by the post box by your courier which shows it is too big..oh dear , oh dear. Lies, lies, lies…
It was supposed to be signed for as it was a valuable item but was just posted through my letter box. I had received messages asking if I wanted to have it delivered without signature but didn't take up this offer as I valued the security of a signed for delivery.
