I have not seen any least professional and bad service than this. They have messed up our car purchase process and made if a very traumatic experience. Messed our names, delayed everything and delivered a faulty car. Never ever go for their service and avoid this service. Specially Mr Sanjiv Patel and Peter Dunn, who are extremely unprofessional. Peter has also been very rude, despite knowing what we as customers have gone through with their service. While I hope they resolve our issue, please do not go for their service.
**email to DHL sent****update already! DHL have removed the parcel, I am unable to track in the app! Tracking on the website no longer shows the picture! Can you get any more dishonest than this?!**Waiting on a delivery for my partner. She messages, did it arrive ok? No! Nobody has been! Check the app, the parcel is sitting outside a door, not my door, someone else's door!The item is alcohol.In Scotland, it is illegal to deliver alcohol to a person under 18, or for a person under 18 to take delivery. Deliverers must verify the age of the recipient at the door and it is an offense to deliver alcohol to an address other than the one specified on the order. such as leaving it with a neighbour. No age verification if it has just been sat outside a door.Not delivered to the address specified on the order.Customer services were as helpful as a handbrake in a canoe!
Today’s delivery was great. Driver was polite and friendly and was going to come up to 5th floor to delivery parcel. My partner is disabled and some of your drivers refuse to use the lift to come up to deliver it leaving it in the open reception area for many apartments so parcel is usually stolen before collecting it. You need to raise this Disability discrimination with your drivers because it happens way too often and it’s just plain wrong. 5 stars though to your driver today.
