We are sick to death of the lazy careless drivers who cannot be bothered to travel to us. Packages are NEVER delivered on time, or not delivered at all. Messages are sent saying that items have been delivered when they clearly have not.If you are a business in France DO NOT use GLS for deliveries as you will have very unhappy customers.

I cannot express how awful this company is. I had a medical device being delivered and for 3 days it didn’t show (the origin company had paid for next day delivery). I don’t over 3 hours on the phone to GLS explaining I was house bound without the delivery and was promised twice is was en route. I was called a liar, shouted at and made cry. They’re entirely ignoring a formal complaint and there’s no other recourse.
The parcel I was waiting for was never delivered, even if they sent me an email saying that the parcel was already delivered. an artificial intelligence messagge arrived the day after I claimed saying that the driver left the parcel at my door, thing that never happenned because I was waiting for it, in the house beside the door where I sit to work with the computer. They just lost it or gave it to someone else.
