Summer H. delivered the absolute best customer service and support in my recent phone interaction. She went over and beyond to help bind and issue a DP3 policy which included waiting on the line while I collected the payment information from my insured, to resending the bolt email address to receive signed application documents She was extremely pleasant and look forward to calling in and getting the same customer service support and experience.
I brought my car to the above for a routine service, paid for in full, and it had no issues beforehand. After the service, a new fault appeared — one that was not present when I dropped it off. They quoted me £600 to repair it. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter, they refused to take responsibility.I find it deeply concerning that this issue arose immediately after their work, and I can only suspect that it may have been caused intentionally. Their customer service has been extremely poor, hindered by unnecessary bureaucracy and a lack of willingness to address the problem. Based on my experience, I would urge others to proceed with extreme caution when using this service center.
