These people don't have google maps & certainly don't have a moral compass. Can't follow directions, communicate, phone, or work with longitude & latitude coordinates. Completely useless and obstructive customer 'support'After failing to deliver 3 times, they apparently damaged the package & returned it sender. It's up to me to claim compensation - because GLS feel they have done enough. They tell me to contact the shipper then won't give me the shippers address -the is same place that they are returning the parcel to. So it feels like a scam to keep the delivery fee and goods by making it impossible to contact the shipper contact to say it hasn't arrived. Will never, ever order from 'Maison Du Monde' again in order to avoid any GLS delivering. I previously thought EVRI was the worst delivery company in the world. Now GLS takes the crown...
If you are having problems in Spain (as I did with this company). There is a legal proceedure to follow. Google search for "Hojas De Reclamaciones". It's a Spainish complaint form that companies in Spain are legally required to give customers if they have a complaint. Write to OK Mobility and ask them for the form withín a set number of days (e.g. 5 business days). If they don't send the form complain to the Spainish authorities who will then investigate the company.
