Don't buy AA warranty

Don't buy AA warranty. its misleadning, dont ever buy AA warranty, as its operated by third party. My claim was declined for turbo issue. its happened 2 years after taking out the policy. AA breakdown cover is brilliant, not AA Warranty.

Lied to the people who shipped the package

Misdelivered our package to a different address and then lied to the people who shipped our package when we chased it, claiming it was delivered today. My package has been gone for over 2 weeks. I've never had this problem with DPD and I get at least 12 packages a year.

Lack of communication. Wrong design. Late delivery.

All appeared very exciting and professional until we paid. After this there was a noticeable change in communication tone and lack of care in understanding and executing of our desired aesthetic. Several rounds of blunt, one-word emails after misunderstanding and seemingly being annoyed by our amend requests; despite saying that customers have total revision rights. Once finally reaching a mutually agreed upon design, we had to chase for months for the boxes to be printed and delivered. No updates came without prompting and we thought that they would miss our wedding date all together. When the boxes did arrive the background was plain white (not the agreed upon colour), a line of text was missing and the boxes were dirty with matches loose within the delivery box. A thoroughly stressful experience with a very poor quality final product that came months after it should have. Avoid the stress!
