Incompetent! Always problems with deliveries to our address. Our Eircode system isn't rocket science, so they should be able to pinpoint delivery with 100% accuracy and deliver straight to our door without a hitch. Not so! Really annoyed. How come deliveries from DPD are no problem whatsoever ? If they can do it, so can you GLS. Get your act together! STILL WAITING FOR PACKAGE
I have used this delivery service several times, everything was always good, but unfortunately my last parcel was mistakenly delivered to a different address (sometimes troubles happen), but thanks to the prompt and timely intervention of Paige Radford from GLS Customer Service , this problem was resolved quite quickly.Thank you.

I made a deposit on this casino and the funds wasn´t credited on my account. I change a lot of emails with customer support and the answers are always the same. To wait and wait and wait. After almost 4 hours of my deposit, the funds aren unavailable and neither the refund are made as I ask.
I paid for Premium insurance which cost €296 on the top of the hire car price. This should include roadside recovery. After a tyre puncture I was charged €390 for roadside recovery. Absolutely disgusting company. Poor customer service. Total refusal to refund MY money. I will take it to my bank. DO NOT HIRE A CAR WITH OK MOBILITY. THEY ARE NOT OK AT ALL!!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone trying to find out why my parcel hasn’t been delivered since early last week tracking is a joke several emails over and back and then told it was delivered tonight at 20.04 while customer service told me the deliver up to 6pm No parcel delivered just look at all the negative reviews this company needs to be investigated
