Excellent customer service staff. I needed my passport returned from an Embassy very quickly and had left the turn around time very short myself. Every GLS member of staff I spoke to on the phone was superb. They were always kind and helpful. Kate in the GLS depot in Dublin ensured my passposrt was held for immediate collection just before a driver took it out for delivery. The two guys at the depot when I arrived to collect it, were equally kind and friendly. Five star service because of the people on the ground in Dublin. Great staff
Have been trying to claim on the 10 year guarantee for months. The top rail was fitted into the plasterboard ceiling without and rawl plugs, and now the whole top section has come away from the ceiling. Spending Easter Monday now repairing this myself, after months of waiting on them replying to emails. Spoke to one person on phone, who promised to get it sorted - and have heard nothing, six weeks later. Avoid like the plague.
Nun bin ich schon 13 Wochen dabei und habe mittlerweile eine Form erreicht, von der ich bisher nur träumen konnte. Der Wille war schon lange da, nur irgendwie fehlte es an der richtigen Umsetzung. Und was habe ich nicht alles ausprobiert 🙈.Dank Dennis wurde mir eine Plattform gegeben, die mich tatsächlich bereits nach kurzer Zeit so überzeugt, dass ich daran geglaubt habe und bis heute weiterhin motiviert bin. Mit seiner Hilfe habe ich nun eine Form erreicht, die ich zuletzt vor den Kindern hatte 😅. Ich fühle mich ausgeglichen und energiegeladen. Ich habe gelernt auf meinen Körper zu hören und ihm zu vertrauen.. Mega, echt toll.. Vielen vielen lieben Dank, beide Daumen hoch..
I would give zero stars now, if possible. An updated review, based on the fact that I was texted by a driver to say that he had two parcels for me on 15/04, and to get in touch to make delivery arrangements. I texted back to say around 16:00 that day would be fine. I was then told that it wouldn’t be that day (why text me before 9:00 am in the morning if you weren’t prepared to deliver it then??). I was then told it would be delivered on the 16/04. Never came. I was then told the 17/04. Never came. I was fed up by that point so I got on to the seller by copying them in to an email thread, and it seems now that the parcels have gone missing somewhere / were sent to the wrong address because GLS are claiming that they have been delivered. Well, I advise companies to avoid partnering with GLS. I will now have to escalate with PayPal if this doesn’t get resolved - no items, and charged for the privilege! What a joke!
Shipping from this company a number of times and there has always been a delay with delivery, Gls are the worst delivery company in Ireland! Full stop. Never expect an on time delivery from this company. Disgrace beyond belief. Really disappointed
